Who went from a brand new start to a champion of brands?
Read how Andrew Wilcock went from new start to a champion of brands with the help of Bradford College University Centre.
Andrew Wilcock, a former grammar school pupil spent two years at university in South Wales before completing a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MA in Marketing Management at Bradford College University Centre.
“I chose Bradford College University Centre because the courses were of interest and I knew one or two people who were doing them.”
Andrew loved the friendly diversity of fellow students and the quality of teaching. “There were a lot of very nice and good, fun students from all walks of life. The lecturers were interesting and their doors were always open. This was a great help when I needed support and advice on course work and future careers.”
The education, support and advice paid off for Andrew. It’s only taken him four and half years to become a Brand Manager who plans and manages marketing campaigns for an educational publishing company. He believes that his MA gave him the edge he really needed. “I put my success down to the jump start that my Masters gave me. My next career goal will be to reach the position of senior brand or marketing manager”
